Returns
To return a non-decorated product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at info@13creative.co.uk and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned 
Most non-decorated items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: Any item's which have been personalised with your logo's etc or any Individual decoration cannot be returned.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items contact info@13creative.co.uk to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Here at 13creative Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact info@13creative.co.uk within 14 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria, we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. 13creative products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. 13creative takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction.

However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, 13creative does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. 

Quality of Product
Should you fine any problem with your product which has sadly been missed by our manufacturing which may result in poor quality stitching, staining, incorrect size - please inform us straight away, whilst all efforts are made to check items prior to decoration, due to the speed and nature of our business, sometimes this may be missed, if you contact our customer care team at info@13creative.co.uk .com they will be more than happy to help you.

Does 13creative Ltd Ever Make Changes to its Privacy Policy?
We may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by sending you an email, posting a notice on the home page of the Website, or posting a notice in your account when you first login after we have made changes. If you receive notification of a change in our Privacy Policy, you must review the new Privacy Policy carefully to make sure you understand our practices and procedures. You may not be able to receive notices from us if your cookies are not set to accept and/or are disabled.

How Does 13creative Ltd Use My Information?
Personal Information; We use Personal Information primarily for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the website, fulfilling requests for information, producing and shipping the products that you order, and providing customer support. For example, if you create an Account, we will use the information that you provide us to communicate with you and pay you any commissions that you earn. We cannot guarantee all Affiliates will comply with this obligation.
Disclosure of Non-Personal Information. We will disclose Non-Personal Information, in aggregate form, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information. However, it cannot be easily used to identify you personally.
